1-2 July, Emerson College

At the peak of the Sun’s Reign, around the time of the Summer Solstice, we will be celebrating ‘Kupala’ Festival, the oldest Slavic holiday that has survived in our collective memory. This is our 3rd amazing year of coming together. We will sing and dance just as our ancestors did to celebrate the power of the Sun to make the Earth come alive.
Get away from the city, enjoy the freshness of the woods, eat super organic food and connect with wonderful beings. Enjoy two days of ceremonies, live music and workshops with Russian and English presenters set in the beautiful English countryside.
‘Ivan Kupala’ is a festival of a mix of Slavic and Shamanic tradition. This year we will be happy to present Vedic tantra teacher from Bolgaria Vesco Bondov and Olga Bastable with ancestral healing workshops. Diana Suemi, international shamanic healer will lead us on drumming journeying.
It promises to be a rich and truly healing experience! We will be welcoming Eastern European Contemporary Rock band ‘Muha’ on Saturday night with other dancers, chanson and folk singers on stage this time. Unmissable shamanic workshops, fire walking, drumming, gong bath and much more.
Here is some of the Festival events:

The Festival will take place in Emerson College (which is dedicated to the work the mystics Ralph Waldo Emerson and Rudolf Steiner). It is surrounded by many acres of gardens and woods, some of which will be used for our workshops and ceremonies.
The college provides wholefood, vegetarian meals with primarily organic/biodynamic produce. There is a vegetarian cafe in the grounds and free tea/coffee making facilities.
